FootballXL – One Year Free Subscription Competition Terms & Conditions

By entering the FootballXL “One Year Free Subscription” competition (“Competition”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your entry.

1. Eligibility

• This Competition is open to new customers only. Existing FootballXL members or subscribers are not eligible to redeem this prize.

• Entrants must live within a 25‑mile radius of the FootballXL League Location they intend to use the subscription for. FootballXL may request proof of address to verify eligibility.

• The prize cannot be exchanged, cannot be transferred to other FootballXL leagues, and cannot be transferred to another member under any circumstances.

• Each entrant may enter the Competition once only. Creating multiple accounts or attempting to enter more than once will result in disqualification.

2. Prize Details

• The prize consists of one (1) free FootballXL subscription for a period of twelve (12) months).

• The prize covers standard FootballXL subscription access only. Optional add‑ons, merchandise, or additional services are not included.

• The prize has no cash value and cannot be substituted, exchanged, refunded, or transferred.

3. Attendance Requirement

• To remain eligible for the prize throughout the 12‑month subscription period, winners must attend at least 75% of scheduled sessions each calendar month.

• Failure to meet this attendance requirement will result in immediate cancellation of the free subscription.

• No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for subscriptions cancelled due to non‑attendance.

4. Payment and Subscription Recurrence

• At the time of claiming the prize, winners must enter valid card details to create their FootballXL account.

• At the end of the free 12‑month period, the standard FootballXL subscription rate of £27.50 will be automatically taken from the card details entered at sign‑up, unless the winner cancels their subscription before the renewal date.

• If a payment failure occurs (including insufficient funds, expired payment details, or a declined transaction), the subscription will be automatically cancelled.

• To continue after cancellation, winners must resubscribe at the standard rate.

5. Competition Draw

• The Competition will be drawn on 15/10/2026, provided a minimum of 30 valid entries have been received.

• If 30 valid entries have not been received by 15/10/2026, the draw will take place as soon as the 30‑entry threshold is reached.

• FootballXL reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

6. General Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.

• FootballXL reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Competition at any time without prior notice.

• FootballXL reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify entrants who breach these Terms and Conditions or attempt to misuse the Competition.

• By entering the Competition, entrants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all other applicable FootballXL membership policies.
