'No Tricks, Just Treats' promotional terms and conditions

By signing up for the FootballXL “No Tricks, Just Treats” promotional subscription offer (“Promotional Offer”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

1. Eligibility

This Promotional Offer is available to new customers only. Existing FootballXL members or subscribers are not eligible to redeem this offer. Cancelling your current subscription to resubscribe using a promotion code will lead to an immediate cancellation of your plan and is a breach of our terms and conditions.

2. Attendance Requirement

To remain eligible for the “No Tricks, Just Treats” Promotional Offer, customers must attend at least 75% of scheduled sessions each calendar month from the date of sign-up.

Failure to meet this attendance requirement will result in immediate cancellation of the promotional subscription.
No refunds, credits, or extensions will be issued for promotional subscriptions cancelled due to non-attendance.

3. Single Use Policy

This offer is strictly limited to one use per customer.
Creating multiple accounts or attempting to redeem the offer more than once is prohibited and will result in cancellation of the subscription without refund.

4. Payment and Subscription Recurrence

The promotional subscription is subject to recurring billing as per the plan selected at sign-up.

If a payment failure occurs (including insufficient funds, expired payment details, or a declined transaction), your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
To continue after cancellation, you must resubscribe at the standard rate. The “No Tricks, Just Treats” Promotional Offer will no longer apply.

5. General Conditions

The “No Tricks, Just Treats” Promotional Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer.
FootballXL reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all other applicable FootballXL membership policies.
